Day 9

Day 9. 7th of May

We departed Harrisonburg VA for the Blue Ridge Parkway.  Mapquest sucks here as I cannot display the actual route but it is easy. We hit Skyline Drive not far from Elton VA and rode it fro about 50 miles of pure beauty. We got close to the sign for Waynesboro the north entrance of the parkway and got shocked as we came off of one we entered the send AWESOME. We rode it is slow and easy as the speed limit is only 45 tops plus the twist and turns. Have no fear rain hit us hard again towards the stopping point with a hail this time. We exited at Floyd's but did not like the hotel so to Christenburg, VA we went and stayed at the Holiday Inn to dry clothes hot showers and rest.
